Nature Taste Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) provides its services under the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms). By using the website, placing an order, or concluding a contract with the Service Provider, the Customer accepts the provisions set out below. These Terms are established in accordance with applicable Hungarian legislation, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services, and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.
1. Scope of the Terms
These Terms apply to all legal relationships established between the Service Provider and the Customer in connection with the products and services offered by Nature Taste Kft., including orders placed through the website, by e-mail, or by phone. Any deviation from these Terms is valid only if agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Services Offered
The Service Provider offers products and related services as presented on its website. Product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the website are for informational purposes and may be subject to change. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the range of products and services at any time without prior notice.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract between the Service Provider and the Customer is concluded electronically or in writing. The Customer may submit an order or request a quotation through the website, by e-mail, or by phone. The contract enters into force upon written confirmation of the order by the Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of obvious errors in pricing, product availability issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices displayed on the website are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise indicated. Delivery and other additional fees are displayed separately during the ordering process.
Payment is made in accordance with the method agreed upon at the time of ordering, which may include bank transfer, online payment, or cash on delivery. The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for each order, which is sent to the Customer by e-mail.
For subscription services, the derogating provisions of Section 4/A apply.
4/A. Subscription Service
1. Subject of the subscription. The Provider offers a monthly subscription service under which the Customer receives the selected subscription package on a recurring monthly basis. The contents, quantity and price of each package are set out on the relevant product page.

2. Recurring card payment. The subscription fee is settled by recurring card payment. By approving the payment of the first order, the Customer consents to the Provider automatically charging subsequent fees to the card provided, without any further action by the Customer, until the subscription is cancelled.

3. Handling of card details. Payment is processed through the Barion system operated by Barion Payment Zrt. Card details are never disclosed to or stored by the Provider — they are handled exclusively by Barion Payment Zrt. For recurring charges, Barion assigns a token to the Customer on the basis of which subsequent charges are executed.

4. Amount and timing of charges. The amount charged is the subscription fee shown on the relevant product page at the time, including the statutory deposit return fee (DRS) and, where applicable to the selected delivery method, the delivery cost. The first charge takes place upon ordering; subsequent charges take place monthly, on the anniversary of the order date. The Customer can review the amount due and the next charge date under My Account → Subscriptions.

5. Term. The subscription is concluded for an indefinite period and remains in force until cancelled by the Customer or terminated under these Terms.

6. Failed charges. If a charge fails (e.g. insufficient funds or an expired card), the Provider will retry on the 3rd and 7th day following the due date. If these attempts also fail, the Provider will suspend the subscription and notify the Customer by email. A suspended subscription can be reactivated under My Account → Subscriptions by providing a valid card. No deliveries are made while the subscription is suspended.

7. Cancellation. The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time, without giving reasons and free of charge, under My Account → Subscriptions or by email to info@culteasoda.com. Cancellation takes effect from the next anniversary date: the delivery belonging to an already completed charge will be fulfilled. No further charges are made after cancellation.

8. Modification. To modify the contents of a subscription, the Customer must cancel the existing subscription and create a new one.

9. Price changes. The Provider may modify the subscription fee, and will notify the Customer by email at least 15 days before the change takes effect. If the Customer does not accept the change, they may cancel under section 7; otherwise the modified fee applies from the next anniversary date.

10. Right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal set out in section 6 applies separately to each individual delivery made under the subscription, subject to the exceptions stated there.
5. Delivery
The Service Provider delivers ordered products within the delivery period indicated on the website or agreed upon with the Customer. Delivery is carried out through the Service Provider's own logistics or through contracted courier partners. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. In the event of a delay, the Service Provider shall inform the Customer without undue delay and, where possible, indicate a new expected delivery date.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). The detailed conditions of withdrawal, returns, and refunds are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy of the Service Provider, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Warranty and Liability
The Service Provider is liable for the proper performance of the contract in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Civil Code. In the event of defective performance, the Customer is entitled to the remedies provided by law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product, failure to follow the instructions for use, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on the website, including texts, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider or is used with the permission of the rights holder. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of such content without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Data Protection
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of the services is governed by the Privacy Policy of the Service Provider, which is available on the website and forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Complaint Handling
The Customer may submit complaints concerning the services or products at info@drinksteap.com. The Service Provider will investigate the complaint and respond within 30 days. If the Customer does not agree with the way the complaint has been handled, the legal remedies set out in the Refund and Returns Policy are available.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contracts concluded under them are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no amicable resolution can be reached, the competent Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
12. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any modifications shall enter into force on the date they are published on the website. The version in force at the time of concluding the contract applies to each order. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
